Welcome
to our website which has
been developed to tell you about the communuty health services that are
available to you in Warrington.
We
are part of the Bridgewater
Community
Healthcare Trust, which was
formed on 1st April 2011.
This
trust provides community health care throughout the boroughs of
Warrington, Ashton, Leigh & Wigan, Halton & St Helens
and Trafford, as well as providing dental services in all these areas
plus Bolton, Stockport, Tameside and Glossop and Western Cheshire.

The Care We Provide in
Warrington
We provide healthcare
services for both adults and children. We aim to provide high quality,
safe, effective and responsive community healthcare by working with
local people and communities.
We provide services in
peoples own homes and also from clinics based in Birchwood, Culcheth,
Grappenhall, Orford, Penketh, Westbrook, Woolston, Meadowside and the
town centre on Sankey Street and at the Wolves Stadium.

healthcare at HMP Hindley.
All providers of
healthcare services must be registered with the Care Quality Commission
in order to deliver services. The new registration system for health
and social care aims to ensure that people can expect services to meet
essential standards of quality and safety.
