Service (PALS)
The Patient Advice and
Liaison Service (PALS) offers patients, their
carers, relatives or friends, a listening ear. It is a dedicated
advice
and information resource and an outlet for patients' issues or concerns.
PALS welcomes all types of patient feedback about the our
services.

Medical Request Records
The Data Protection Act 1998 gives every living person, or an
authorised representative, the right to apply for access to health
records. A request should be made in writing to the data
controller at the NHS organisation where your records are held.
